A Constant ,Never failing Hotel.

Have used the Sweeney Hotel since 1996 for many different Family Celebrations. It has never let us down. It has that Lovely Feeling of Consistency and of us being looked after each time we use it. All aspects are of a High Standard. Accommodation. Food Etc. The Staff are always Friendly & Welcoming. Great Place.

Great place to stay but self catering facilities aren’t so good

Great location & good food with friendly staff. The cottage is comfortable & a good place to stay with dogs. Limited self catering supplies. No washing up liquid/ soap/ cleaning stuff & toaster shorted out & blew the fuse twice.

Lovely country retreat

Stayed in the cottage for my son's wedding which was also at Sweeney Hall. Everything was perfect from the accommodation, food and friendly helpful staff to the wedding itself which was fabulous.

Short break

We stayed in the cottage which was lovely and comfortable. We felt confident that everything was clean and disinfected. Social distancing was adhered to and we felt safe. Staff regularly disinfect door handles and wipe surfaces down. The terraced gardens were a lovely place to enjoy a quiet drink in the sunshine.
