Modern Apartment in San Marco

Great location in a gated courtyard. The body wash and shampoo amenities could be improved on at this location. They were much nicer at other apartments I stayed at previously.

Perfect Stay in a Prime Location in Venice

The apartment was spacious, bright, clean, and stylish, with high ceilings and a fresh look throughout. Both bathrooms had excellent rain showers, and the location was unbeatable—just minutes from St. Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. The smart home features were a great bonus, and communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly.

Wonderful location in San Marco

Beautiful, modern apartment in San Marco. Easy to get to so many parts of the city. We love the private gate directly on Calle Frezzaria. We felt like real Venetians! Would be nice: Instructions on using the microwave feature of the oven. We figured it out, but didn't see instructions about it.

Again a wonderful stay

This year it was the 4th time we stayed in this wonderful apartment. The new owner invested in high value and tasteful Venetian furniture, also a new sofa bed is there, very comfortable, where our son slept. The location is perfect, the service of VoV as well. They gave us, as the years before, some great hints for local restaurants, ice cream and shopping of artisan works. We love it being there and we come back. Nothing to improve. The service of VoV is perfect as usual

Wonderful stay during Carnevale

We had a wonderful five nights in Cuoridoro 1. The apartment is just as shown in the images (with a small dining table near the window). It was clean and well-maintained. The location was outstanding for reaching several points of interest quickly. Entry/exit was straightforward. The Views on Venice staff was very helpful with checkin and checkout. They were extra-helpful in dealing with unexpected wrinkles in water taxi arrangements. And they had some great restaurants to recommend. We would definitely stay again. Would definitely work again with the property manager.

Amazing experience, best place to stay !!!

Was a fantastic experience. We arrived late and the person responsible for check in actually came to station and picked us up and while walking to property helped us with information about city, etc . Super kind person and very warm! Location is fabulous, the place os super nice and very clean! Everything was the best One of the best was not fit as it was a sofa bed! I would honestly change it as the whole place and facilities are great except this one

Entre San Marco et la Fenice

Emplacement idéal central mais calme décoration contemporaine et épurée (qui pourrait toutefois être un peu plus personnalisée). Un petit panier de bienvenue avec quelques dosettes de café, de l’eau en bouteille et de quoi grignoter serait appréciable (par exemple pour un 1er petit déjeuner)

Très bon souvenir,

Bon état général, très propre, décoration agréable, près du centre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin dont nous avons bien profité pour des apéros et des jeux de société. Pas beaucoup de rangement pour nos vêtements. Vous pourriez mettre à disposition quelques capsules de café, des kleenex.

Séjour idéal

Nous étions enchanté par la localisation de l’appartement, la gentillesse de Caterina. La bâtisse est très soignée, le logement est bien équipée, bonne literie et les produits de toilettes sentent très bon. Nous avons retrouvé le même standing d’un hôtel tout en ayant notre indépendance. Merci à vous Tout était très bien

Perfekter Aufenthalt im Hochsommer

Wir waren in dem Apartment mit vier Personen (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) im Juli 2022 zu Gast. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Ein großer Vorzug ist die Möglichkeit, den Innenhof zu nutzen, vor allem zur Tourismus-Hauptsaison. So hat man nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt einen eigenen Rückzugsort, um die Mittagspause zu verbringen. Die Mitarbeiterin von VOV, die uns das Apartment gezeigt hat und bei einer kleineren technischen Schwierigkeit geholfen hat, war äußerst hilfreich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für einen Aufenthalt im Hoch Sommer können wir das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Im Spätherbst/Winter könnte die Lage im Erdgeschoss direkt am Kanal vielleicht dazu führen, dass die Räume tagsüber etwas dunkel und kühl wirken. Aber wie gesagt, für den Hochsommer ist es perfekt!
