I don't think you can find a better location to stay in Venice. Close enough walk to all the major spots but down a quieter street away from the mass of tourists and tourist restaurants. There are great authentic restaurants and a wine bar a few meters down the street. The host was very responsive and helped use navigate from the airport in real-time after arriving late and never using the local busses or boats in Venice.

The location was terrific — quiet at night and off the beaten path, but nonetheless just up the street from lots of lovely restaurants that made evening dining easy. Great kitchen and nice roomy apartment. The only real shortcoming was a lack of outdoor space. We could sit by the big open windows but as the apartment is on the ground floor that wasn’t very private. But we weren’t there to sit in an apartment all day so no real complaints!

The apartment was in a beautiful old building with amazing architecture right off one of the main canals. What a great location in Venice, so close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions and away from the tourist areas, but close enough to walk to all the sites. The host are very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Just wish it was a longer stay.

Excellent stay in Cannaregio

I really enjoyed my stay in this well maintained and spotlessly clean apartment. It had all I needed for a great stay, right on a quiet canal street and really close to nice neighbourhood restaurants which are a bit quieter than most. Would highly recommend this property, great location, friendly host.

This unit's location is perfect. Close to great restaurants and right on one of the canals with out being in the busiest (and noisiest) areas. Air conditioning was helpful on the warmer days and let us sleep well at night. Communication with owner and check in process was easy and straightforward.

Lovely Place

Filipo and Silvia have designed a lovely and very comfortable apartment located right by the canal. They are very responsive hosts and make themselves available. There are very good locally frequented restaurants nearby. The area is perfect - a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist center but close enough to get everywhere. We highly recommend for a stay in this most romantic city.

Wonderful apartment

We highly recommend this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location and easy to get everywhere. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay a few days longer in Venice. Thank you for the awesome lodging.

Fillippo was extremely helpful and communicated well. The apartment is well located and close to sights yet in a more quiet part of town frequented by locals - a great combination.
