Villa Bertacchi is overlooking Como from above thanks to its position on the border between the town and the forest.
It is located just 800 meters from the Como Cathedral and on the pathway that leads to the monastery of San Donato and then to Brunate.
The villa is surrounded by greenery and allows you to stay outside the city while being in the city.
The Villa has place for 24 persons divided in 4 independent apartments, each one with space for 6 person and indipendent kitchen and bathroom.
The villa can only be reached on foot via a 140-meter path and 130 steps. Help will be provided upon your arrival to carry your luggage using a wheelbarrow.

Stairs to the top more than worth the view!

This home was incredible. Though up a large hike of stairs, you cant beat the peace and view. What a gift of retreat this was! The balconies and areas to spread out were incredible! Host is accommodating and very helpful! We loved our stay

Beautiful view of all of Como. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs! They were so helpful transporting our bags, helping us find the villa, and providing recommendations for our stay. Wonderful people!!

Wir sind als eine Gruppe von 24 Leuten verreist, um unseren Abschluss zu feiern. Organisatorisch ging das super, da unser Gastgeber immer wieder nachgefragt und au mitgedacht hat. Auch die Anreise verlief dadurch problemlos und auch währrenddem Aufenthalt informierte sich der Gastgeber immer wieder, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Unterkunft war für unsere Gruppe perfekt, da wir draussen gemeinsam kochen, essen und gemeinsam Zeit verbringen konnten. Auch der Pool wurde oft benutzt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich für den tollen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beim Gastgeber bedanken.

Lovely House

We rented 3 of the 4 apartments and they were very beautiful. The stairs leading up to the house are quite steep but the view from the balcony makes the walk worth it. The kitchen is well equiped and the bathrooms are clean (towels and bedsheets are at disposal)d Carlo was very friendly and helped us with any questions, we also had the pleasure of meeting his dog Twix:)
