Recent 2025 renovations include new carpet, new central AC, new furnace, new lighting, new refrigerator & remodeled bathroom! 2 bedrooms + loft, 1 bathroom. Spaceous eat-in kitchen with large center island, 3 season porch, deck, 2 living rooms with big screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator & microwave. 3 season porch has a futon for additional sleeping space. Plenty of games, DVDs, books, table sized cribbage board, charcoal grill, fire pit & walking trails. Main level bedroom has 1 queen bed, lower level bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 set of twin bunk beds, loft bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 mattress on the floor. Extremely private property for secluded get away with spaceous yard. Pet friendly! Lakes, ATV & snowmobile trails close by! 10 minute drive into Siren for shopping, mini golf, restaurants & other recreational activities.
