Very good

My boyfriend and I were very pleased with this place. The property and the valley in which it is located are absolutely beautiful. The unit itself is pretty tiny but worked for us. Because the unit is tiny, there are steep and narrow stairs to the loft and the bed is only a full size.
Maurizio was a very good host and sent us a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area.
This place was totally worth it!

Biased, imaginative review, written with presumption and unfounded accusations! I can understand that elderly guests and those with walking handicaps may have problems, but the advertisement and the photos are truthful (no wide angle used for the photos). It's a shame that all the inferences expressed in the guest review were never represented to me. his communication was terrible! He practically never responded to my messages and instructions for self check in. His rudeness was proverbial. His very first message was “the internet doesn't work”, not “hi, I've arrived”. for information, the internet worked very well but he perhaps didn't know that to access a Wi-Fi network you need a password (which he immediately received). when he informed me that he had had the accident (slipping from a step can happen to anyone), I promptly asked how it had happened, if it was necessary for him to receive help, and also asked what I could do for him. he never answered me! I don't find this type of behavior correct. I want to add that I don't speak German and he, in the few messages, insisted on writing to me in his language. Out of kindness and thanks to the translator, I always answered him using German despite the fact that on the site it is written that I use the English language to communicate with guests. I would add that at the time of check in I pointed out that if the accommodation he booked did not reflect his needs, I could provide a more spacious accommodation. He just refused.
