Overall I would recommend. The good-place is clean, comfortable, beds are good and the location is great for walking. The bad- Wi-Fi is almost non existent, one morning we did not have hot water, walls are thin so it is loud, there is a streetlight directly outside one of the bedrooms.

The app key system was not very reliable. We spent 45 mins one day trying to get into our apartment while we waited for the maintenance person to come reboot the system.

Excellent

Very central, good market nearby, the Madrid metro 100 meters away, good cleanliness and cozy place. I really recommend it and when I return to Madrid I go to the same place. Thanks for the present when it arrives.
