For the price, this place was a decent option for our group. We had four bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, which gave us plenty of space and made it comfortable for a larger group.The location in Lavapiés was convenient, and we were able to walk to Gran Vía, which was a nice perk. That said, the surrounding area did feel a little sketchy at times, especially at night, so that’s something to keep in mind when choosing this location.Overall, for the price and the amount of space we had, it was a reasonable stay and worked well for our group.

This apartment is in a great location in the central section of La Latina, with a very good nightlife all around. Getting in and out is easy with the web-based app. The apartment has a large kitchen with all the utensils and appliances. The beds are comfortable enough. The bathrooms are ok however, the tiles in the shower enclosure had visible mold growth. The shower fixtures in one of the bathrooms are broken and spray water all over if you're not careful. The bathroom doors do not have locks, so it can not be very private. The elevator is fast and works well. If traveling with people with limited mobility, be aware that there are 3 steps to climb to reach the elevator level. Overall, the space is adequate for young families that just need a place to sleep

Spacious Apartment But Lacks Privacy and Quiet

This is a spacious apartment, with many rooms - bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Restaurants, stores and la plaza mayor are nearby.There are many windows but they all face neighbor’s apartments and windows. Therefore, you do not have privacy or good views. We put the shades or curtains on, so others could not see us.We did not get good sleep over the four nights. You can hear the noise outside in the apartment. There were a couple of “homeless” guys outside and near apartment that had loud conversations from 9pm - 5am. It’s nice to have TV but it has no Netflix and very limited air channels.

Nos ha encantado la ubicación, cerquisima del centro. El Apartamento está genial, es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario, éramos 10 personas y estuvimos muy agusto. Volvería sin duda.
