Elegantly designed for guests looking for a welcoming and spacious home in Paris, this apartment was fully revamped by a French architect to combine historic grandeur with contemporary comfort. It is located in the heart of Paris, at walking distance from Notre Dame, the Seine banks, and the Marais neighborhood. The apartment itself is very calm, allowing to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
The space
This apartment is set in a classified historic building from 1860, located on Rue Victoria, named in honor of Queen Victoria’s visit to Paris for the 1855 World Fair.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining room with seating for 8
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with bathtub and WC, and one with shower and no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

5 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed
- Bedroom 5 with a double bed
Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 10 people and can accommodate up to 12 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator)
Other things to note
A mandatory €500 deposit is required before arrival. Details will be provided beforehand. This is a security measure to ensure compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
