Lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool, air con in bedrooms, great sea views

A beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom villa with private pool that can be heated situated in the Cerro Grande area of Albufeira.

Totally renovated to a high standard with lovely decoration throughout.
There is a twin bedroom and separate large bathroom on the ground floor and also a cloakroom.

On the 1st floor there are a double and 2 twin bedrooms one which has a ensuite shower room. Also a separate bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. There is a door leading to a roof terrace with great sea views.

All bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning units for 2024.

From the spacious living area there are patio doors which lead out to a covered dining area with portable BBQ at the back of the villa and also more patio doors to the front covered terrace which is child safety fenced across from the pool.

The Old Town of Albufeira with a large selection of restaurants and bars
and the town beach are a short walk away.

Pictures don’t do it justice.

Lovely villa - very cool downstairs. Pool was lovely and plenty big enough for 5 of us with a couple of inflatables. Lots of traditional features but also modern and tastefully done out. Walking distance to a good local shop, Albufeira Old Town and beach and the marina but we got taxis back from the town and marina as the hills were not for the faint hearted! Good communications with Lesley, the property manager who we organised a late check out with, giving us a stress free last day. Lesley also organised transfers for us which were punctual and friendly. A lovely stay. I’m sure we’ll be back one day.

Cockroach Infested Villa

It seemed the house had been shut up and not properly ventilated or cleaned for some time. The furnishings were old and dated, dirty and soiled. Bed linens were old and of poor quality, duvet covers with no duvets inside them served as blankets but too thin to provide any comfort. The mattresses are old and have mold and mildew on them. We had to clean out the drawers of human hairs, trash and loose medication to be able to put our belongs in. We found glass beer and water bottles by the pool area that had not been cleared. It was stated on the website the Villa had been renovated. It was clear some renovation was done to windows, doors etc but not the furnishings or soft furnishings. Be aware when the slider doors close they automatically lock, if outside you cannot get back in. We were caught out by this when my 6 year old grandson and son in law were on the upper balcony. My son in law had to leave our grandson alone upstairs while he tried to climb down the building to get back inside to unlock the sliding door. This is a major hazard. On the first evening my son in law put our grandson to bed and shorty after there were cockroaches coming from the downstairs bathroom. He killed as many as he could and tried to block the bathroom door. He blocked the drains with wet towels. We found some roach killer and sprayed the house. We contacted the host & VRBO but zero was done until 36 hrs later but by then we had to move out. It traumatic and no compensation was offered.

Family stay in lovely good sized villa

Communication with the managing agent was superb. The villa was gorgeous, clean and spacious and we all had a very special holiday and spent a lot of time at the villa because it was so relaxing.

Terrible company

Property wasn't cleaned, random people arrived at the property unanteded to clean the pool and do some minor works. No one was at the property when we arrived and now they are trying to claim we damaged the freezer door.

Maison très bien situer endroit calme, la maison dispose de tout pour un séjour agréable. Seul bémol la taille des casseroles étant limite pour cuisiner pour 8 personnes, hormis cela que du positif

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé une super semaine entre ami.e.s dans cette villa très confortable, décorée avec goût et avec une superbe vue ! Plusieurs terrasses pour profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre, la piscine est très belle. Le centre d'albufeira et la plage sont à 10-15 min à pied environ et un intermarché à 8 min à pied aussi. Quartier très calme. On recommande ! Ps: il serait préférable de mettre des rideaux et/ou volets à la salle de bain du bas qui a pas mal de vis à vis sur la rue...

Superbe villa

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pendant 1 semaine. Elle est très spacieuse, on ne se marche pas dessus. Les 3 terrasses proposent une atmosphère différente ! On adore le rooftop avec vue, superbe pour prendre un apéritif avec le coucher du soleil ! Il y a tout le nécessaire que ce soit en cuisine ou dans les mobiliers, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! La villa est très bien placé, seulement 15min à pied du centre historique ! Nous avons eu un énorme coup de cœur pour cette villa, nous reviendrons certainement !
