This charming single-story house offers a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the company of loved ones. Equipped with a Smart TV, fireplace, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa, it provides the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. The bedrooms include one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with wardrobes, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. Additionally, the house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board to facilitate your stay. For families traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair are provided.

Sa Pobla is a charming village located in the north of Mallorca, surrounded by fertile fields and mountains. The municipality is known for its festivals of Sant Antoni in January, where iconic elements are its "dimonis" and pyrotechnic shows. Additionally, various agricultural fairs and a weekly market are held in the town on Sundays. Within walking distance is the S'Albufera Natural Reserve, a perfect place for hiking and birdwatching. A few kilometers away, you'll find the beaches of Alcudia Bay, a perfect spot for all kinds of water activities.
