Perfect Family Holiday

We had a great holiday at Llenaire Nine! The villa had everything you could need, it was beautifully furnished and beds very comfortable. The whole process from booking to arrival was very easy and communication with the agent was fantastic. We would definitely go back!

Ideal for families

The villa has beautiful gardens, the pool is lovely and well maintained. The location is quiet and private and though a long walk from Puerto Pollensa itself, as a wonderful restaurant, C'An Josep, just round the corner. Though the walk can sometimes seem a little long to get into the town, it is a flat, pleasant walk by the sea and a good way to walk off dinner. We were a group of 9 people and had a lovely 2 weeks and didnt know where the time had gone. There are few shops close by so for a family you really do need a car to do the shopping. Though we tried to get clarity on this prior to our arrival, information was not forthcoming. The villa is generally well maintained but a few areas need to be improved. The bbq is now a little fragile and needs to be re-built. Some areas of the kitchen, and its equipment are a little tired.

Great spacious Villa. Wonderful pool and large established garden with palm trees.

We all had a great holiday. Everything we needed was there. Property manager Graham responded quickly when we had an issue. All that is needed is storage at property to drop off cases/ collect cases before flight times.

Excellent stay in a private location within walking distance of the beach and shops

The house was well equipped with everything you would need short or long term stay. The garden and pool area are very private with excellent seating options in and out of the sun. The location was ideal for a quiet family break whilst also being close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
