The complex is located near Manilva in the region called Chullera, Bahia de las Rocas (Rock Bay). At a short distance from a number of beautiful beaches and the beautiful marinas of Duquesa and Sotogrande. There are also a number of golf courses nearby.

Beautiful holiday home suitable for 4 persons.

The apartment is approximately 110 m2 in size with a terrace of 20 m2. The apartment has a spacious living room, large hall, a beautifully fitted kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and even a separate room that serves as storage where the machine is located. The kitchen has a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, fridge and coffee machine and is therefore ideal for cooking.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful view. Nice and easy location to go and visit Malaga, Cordoba, Seville, Cadiz, Granada and all other pitoresque villages at the Costa del Sol. Beautiful beaches near Estepona and Marbella can be visited in all peace. Closeby , nice harbours of Sotogrande and La Duquesa.
