About this property

Zahories Corner on the beachfront

My Penthouse is located right on the Mediterranean coast.
110 square metres of living space plus a 16-meter terrace.
It’s right across from Lance Nuevo Beach, right in the heart of the best part of Mojácar Beach—ideal for families with children.

This is the area of the beach bars, home to the best bars and restaurants.

My Ático has a huge living room opening onto the terrace facing the sea.
The brand-new designer kitchen features white Silestone worktops and splashback. It includes a microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, American-style refrigerator, smart cabinets, and cutlery storage under the cooktop.
Three spacious bedrooms; the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms, each with a trundle bed, share a bathroom with a shower.
Guest Policy:
Due to legal requirements, you must send a copy of your ID card or passport via WhatsApp or email before check-in.
The person responsible for the rental must send me a signed contract detailing all the services, furniture, and furnishings in the apartment. You must also leave a security deposit of 300€ via bank transfer, which will be refunded to the same bank account within 48 hours after checkout, once the condition of the apartment has been verified.

Location and facilities of the highest order

The apartment had all of the facilities required to make sure the stay is hassle free. Ideally located on the sea front with plenty of excellent restaurants and bars all along the promenade. We only had a short stay this time but I am sure to bring my family and grandchildren for a longer holiday in the near future.
