This is one of the top luxury homes in Ocean Grove. This listing is for the main 4BR house only. You may also choose to rent our separate "mother-in-law" apartment (1BR/1BA sleeps 3) - VRBO #1087675. Please contact us (via a note on VRBO) if you wish to rent both properties at the same time.

Wake up in the light-filled Master Bedroom just off the 2nd floor wrap around porch. You can make your own brew or walk 2 small blocks to our home town organic coffee shop. Bring your morning beverage to the front or upstairs porch and watch the world or the waves.

The beach is less than a two minute walk and all the chairs, beach towels, umbrellas are provided in our beach locker. Nothing extra to carry for your trip!

This luxury renovation of an original Ocean Grove Victorian is teeming with beauty and details. From the VIKING kitchen to the hardwood floors to en-suite bathrooms and a claw foot tub in yet another bathroom, multiple family rooms and 2 gas fireplaces, nothing has been left to chance. There are 5 levels so there is plenty of room to find your own peaceful nook! If you enjoy quality this rental is for you. Great for a "work from home escape" or a friends gathering or a multi-generational family gathering.

Our main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths, 2 amazing ocean-view porches, super fast free wifi, cable, all linens and towels, beach towels, badges (4) and beach chairs as well as little surprises to delight you as an experienced traveler. Organic mattresses, hotel bathrobes. A beautiful Viking kitchen - with 6 burner gas stovetop- and two separate amazing ocean view porches.

Think about it - if just 4 people rented this house to share - it would be way cheaper than renting hotel rooms with a fraction of the space!

We are looking for people that enjoy luxury and will treat our home, like their own. This is not a party house!

As a well-traveled owner, I know what it's like to want a place to rest and relax. I hope we'll get to know you and that you'll become one of our repeat renters.

Request: Please be accurate in your actual number of guests when booking. We select our families carefully and prefer lower numbers of guests to high foot traffic. If you reserve saying you are 3 adults and 3 chilidren., please expect additional guest fees when we ask you for the full least of people staying at the house. All names of guests must be on our short term lease to be valid.


Please note this house is a private house, as such it has an alarm system including motion sensors and cameras both exterior and interior - not in private spaces like bedrooms and bathrooms. These are not actively monitored unless we receive a complaint or suspect non-compliance with house rules or numbers of quests. Renters who allow guests not on the lease or have more than 12 people at the house at any one time will be asked to immediately vacate the property and will receive no refund of rent or security deposit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Thank you so much for staying! Please make sure all beach towels are washed the night before departure. Please leave all wet towels in the bathrooms.
We appreciate it if you can take out your trash (must be in bags) and recycling to the green cans (not to be in bags), but dont' worry if you are in a hurry.
Remember to leave beach badges in kitchen where they were. Please move furniture and kitchen items to their original place! Let us know if any things need to be fixed before our next guests.Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes inside. Wash off sand at the beach in outdoor shower. No guests except those indicated in our lease. No smoking even on porches. No parties.
If 10+ guests are at the house, rental will be com null and void, you will be asked to leave and the full security deposit will not be returned.
Homes are close together in OG. We have a "mother-in-law" apartment in the back.Please keep noise in the back bedrooms to a minimum after 10pm.Thanks.

What a lovely house! It's very clean and tasteful and the location can't be beat. My family and I had more than enough room to spread out and relax. This house is very well-maintained - everything is in working order and Libby is a welcoming and helpful host. The upstairs deck is sublime! Beautiful home

Home owners are meticulous in their details and care for this home, even my 81 year old architect savvy father was impressed. We ended up with a rainy week at the beach and couldn’t think of a better home to be in for that situation. Very comfortable, close to Main Street and the boardwalk. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Wonderful property, just like the photos! Extremely clean & tidy when we arrived, looks just as depicted in the photos. Great location just a few blocks from the beach. Lots of places to relax including a great porch and second floor balcony area with seating. Host provided beach badges & beach chairs in a locker next to the beach which was very convenient. Amazing stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation! The house is spotless, incredibly well taken care of, and stocked with all you could need. It has so many spacious areas to hang out, including the two decks which were the highlight… incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The location is perfect! Just a block and a half to the beach, a block to main st, and a quick walk to asbury. Everything was easy and the owner was very communicative. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Grove! The home is pristine - extremely clean and well maintained and the finishes, furnishings, and attention to detail are all lovely. We are a family of 5 with two teenagers and the home's layout was perfect and very comfortable for everyone. The location is a dream - just 1.5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to the shops of Ocean Grove, and a short walk or bike ride to Asbury. We loved the two front porches and the ocean view from the second floor porch is fantastic. The owner was wonderful and very easy to reach if needed. We can't wait to go back!

Great House for a Family Reunion

We had the most wonderful time staying at this house in Ocean Grove for the week. My husband and I, our two children and my parents stayed in the main house and we had family rent the guest house as well. We had so much space to hang out and catch up. There are three separate living rooms, so a lot of places for people to sit. One block from the beach (with beach passes included!) and one block from town. Great location. The house is really lovely and clean with a great porch. Would stay again!

Can’t wait to come back

Stayed here with my siblings and our 7 month old and 2 year old niece and had the most wonderful time. Libby was incredibly responsive. There’s something really nice about staying somewhere that’s someone’s actual home and not just another cookie cutter rental property— it feels special to be trusted to stay here and it everything you could want and more. The lockers with chairs and umbrellas on the beach were so convenient. The location is unbeatable— 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks to the Main Street. The block is charming and everyone has beautiful gardens out front. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and meeting neighbors, all of whom were so friendly. I’ve been to many towns along the shore and this has been the best by far. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Home, Close to everything g

My family and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. Everything in the house is first class, top of the line. It was fully equipped with sheets, towels, beach towels and chairs. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The house is perfectly located, one block from the beach and one block to the charming town. We parked the car and walked everywhere, including to Asbury Park for dinner. Libby, the owner, was extremely responsive to our questions and had lots of suggestions for activities in the area. Truly the best that Ocean Grove has to offer.

From our arrival to departure we were so impressed with AMENITIES provided during our 3-night stay. The home was immaculate upon arrival! Within 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Beautiful home close to beach

The house is big, newly renovated, very clean, and perhaps not even two blocks from the ocean. There are two bigger bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms, and a decent amount of living space in addition to that. Property manager was very responsive and highly professional.
