These unusually spacious apartments with elevator access, each having a balcony with city view, can accommodate up to 7 people and the family apartments are also ideally suited to two couples as they comprise two discrete but connected units each with separate living room, bedroom and bathroom. They are situated in superb location set in the heart of an attractive neighbourhood of small streets, with many traditional bars and restaurants to relax in. Within easy walking distance of the beautiful palm fringed marina, the beach, the Ramblas, the old cathedral and many other popular sites. The metro station Jaume 1 is only 5 minutes walk.
A reception is open most days where luggage can be safely stored and where advice can be given and any questions answered.

Perfect!!!

Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, marina. Apartment was as described and very comfortable. Being on first floor was nice. Good tapas at Sensi. Great breakfast at Forn de la Vila

Perfect location in Gothic District

The property manager (Alex) was awesome and very helpful and the flat was nice & in a great location to walk to the coast or wander deeper into the old city.

Great spot for Exploring Barcelona Easily

The location of this apartment is perfect! We were able to see and do everything easily without needing public transportation or a car. A coffee shop across the small street made it an extra special morning each day too. The apartment is clean and spacious. We traveled as 2 couples and there was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of privacy when needed. The apartment was fairly quiet for its location within the heart of the Gothic quarter. Friday night was a bit loud until about midnight but that is to be expected in a bustling City. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and having two separate seating areas when traveling with another couple was a plus. All in all a great stay!

Beautiful accommodations in the Gothic Quarter.

The apartment was roomy, clean, and in a great location. The manager was friendly and enthusiastically offered suggestions for local restaurants and amenities. I would happily stay here again.
