Villa Iro is located in a fabulous location only a few hundred metres away from the coast, with local shops and tavernas within walking distance. Offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and out to sea, the setting is in spacious pretty, colourful gardens,whilst the stylish, welcoming and thoroughly comfortable villa is an oasis of calm in a countryside location. The ground floor features the open plan kitchen, dining and seating areas with comfy sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, The 2 twin bedrooms are on the lower ground floor each with ensuite shower roooms and opening onto a seperate terrace with a vine covered pergola for extra dining options. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a handy bathroom, which boasts a private balcony with stunning views of fields and the sea. The villa's clever design ensures plenty of space to spread out and relax with the immaculate lawns surrounding a larger than average swimming pool and a sturdy barbecue perfect for al fresco cooking. Svoronata has three lovely sandy beaches Ai Helis, Avithos and Ammos to choose from, and it is a delight to explore on foot, following the winding lanes between orchards, olive groves down to the coast, with Argostoli the capital, a 10 minute drive.
