The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with 2 full, 1 twin-sized bed with trundle, and a sleeper sofa; comfortable for sleeping 8-10 people (12 with 2 air beds). The home is solar powered. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with all brand new stainless appliances, Keurig machine, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes for 12. There is ample seating in the dining room and kitchen bar. Amenities include Wi-fi, cable, smart TVs, brand new full size washer and dryer, closet stocked with games. Guests are sure to enjoy having the whole home to themselves. There is a brand new spa that spills into pool with tanning shelf, furnished backyard with large brand new fire table and BBQ. Perfect for entertaining. The property is walking distance from El Paseo, restaurants, tennis, and golf.
Pool heating fee is $45/day. Spa heating included in rental fee (unless use is unreasonably high).
