Loved the pool & the game room for activities. Brought our own card games also. The house was amazing. Love staying at Lake Berkley (we have stayed in the gated community before). Would have liked speaker outside for music while in pool but used phone. Overall great community & experience :)

THANK YOU Jeannette and Brian for our return stay at your beautiful home at Lake Berkley! This home is a definite 10/10; spacious, clean, and well appointed! We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, lake and wildlife! The view at sunset was spectacular! An added bonus was the game room where we played a game of pool each night, and enjoyed a movie night as well! Close to all attractions and shopping! Everything you needed to make it a truly wonderful vacation! Jeannette and Brian were there 24/7 for us! Thank you again! Returning next year!

Great place for older and young adults!

Beautiful place. Our kids (aged 18-24) loved the game room, hot tub and pool. Nice peaceful and safe area. Loved the themed rooms.

Clean, centrally located to many things, Disney, theme parks, restaurants and shopping. Easy day trip to the ocean or gulf coast. Large rooms and very comfortable.

Any question I had was answered quickly. The property was spotlessly clean. The beds were very, very comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable. Everything was up-to-date. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and was clean and well-maintained. The owners do tell you in advance, but just know they do not provide any laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid or anything like that so bring your own. It took us about 30-45 minutes to get to Universal Studios from here just because of horrible traffic.

Perfect for a family group

Excellent property with all you need for a fabulous holiday. Spacious accommodation with lovely outlook within a reasonable drive of all the parks. The owners are super accommodating. We even saw two rocket launches from the terrace!

Fantastic villa, great location!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The villa was spacious, fun and in a perfect location for Disney and Universal. The swimming pool and games room were a massive hit with our kids and the bedrooms were well decorated and gave us plenty of space. Wonderful hosts who kept in touch during our stay. We’d love to come back again.

Excellent home, location and property

We spent seven days at this property and had a fantastic time. The location, pool and interior of home were all very comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the items they had available as well (cooler, beach umbrella, pool noodles, etc). Overall would recommend and will be staying again :)
