Premier two storey, south facing villa in the fabulous secure gated community of Cumbrian Lakes with wonderful, private, stunning lake & conservation area views .Simply the best position on Cumbrian Lakes with an extra large lanai pool/spa area so you can enjoy watching the Florida wildlife while relaxing in the pool which is not overlooked – there are hedges at either side for maximum privacy and total relaxation ……

In a great location , we’re only 15 minutes from Disney & 20 minutes from Universal & close to all the waterparks – the villa is centrally based and ideal for chilling out after a busy day at the parks !

Five bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms – two King size master bedrooms (en suite) , one downstairs leading onto the pool & the other upstairs has it’s own private balcony with lake views. Free Wi-fi and a 55″ inch TV in the lounge , new flatscreen TV’s in each bedroom and currently recently re-furbished , our villa is the perfect holiday vacation base for a family or friends travelling together

This property was perfect for our family group of 3 adult couples, each enjoying their own bathroom and plenty of space to have your own time. The host was extremely helpful right from the outset of booking and helping with changes and responding very quickly to questions we had both before and during our holiday. A small issue with the property was dealt with swiftly. The property is in an excellent position- we saw so much wildlife, including deer, raccoons, armadillo, alligators, lots of different birds, turtles and even a snake in and around the lake.

Property was lovely. Was amazing to wake every morning and see the lake including Gary the Gator on our very first morning (4 very excited and pleased little boys). Ray the owner couldnt have been any more helpful, nothing was ever an problem. Would definetly stay here again.

Very clean on arrival, excellently equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Problems with the pool heating for a couple days on arrival & lanai panels blowing out, but these were quickly resolved. Can’t ask for more as these things happen. Communication with the owner was excellent & response to questions was immediate & positive. Thanks Ray, really enjoyed our stay at your villa.

Ray is a fantastic host who responds to questions in a timely manner. He had lots of great suggestions to make our stay even better. He prepared fishing rods for our kids to enjoy. The house was clean and spacious. It was easy to access the house. Highly recommend staying at Ray's property.

House was perfect for all of us. Wish pool was heated. And limiting 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom seemed a little cheap. But we had a great time watching animals in the pond behind the house.

Our family throughly enjoyed our week here. The pool and hot tub were a perfect temperature. We loved watching the wildlife around the lake. Thanks for the tips Ray for what to look for! Such a peaceful setting. Our grandson enjoyed the pool toys and also the neighborhood playground. The house was very spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had fun playing ping pong in the garage/games room during the thunderstorm.Ray was extremely responsive to all my inquiries. Looking forward to returning.

Large two storey villa

Cumbrian Lakes is a lovely quiet gated community with amenities a short drive away. The villa had a lovely view outside of the lake with trees behind and we saw deer most mornings. The villa is spacious and well equipped.

The house was perfect! There was plenty of space, instructions everywhere to make things easier. The pool was sparkling, pool man comes on Thursday to check chemicals and clean. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Place to Vacation

This beautiful clean home is just as pictured. We had a great relaxing time and although it was unusually cool temperatures during our three weeks in February, we enjoyed the perfectly heated pool and spa. The gated neighborhood is quiet and has a great walking trail around lake. The owner is very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiries.

Our stay at your location was phenomenal. The house is amazing with all of the amenities that we were looking for. The bedrooms, living room loft and dining room were beautifully decorated and clean. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was awesome and very well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots and pans, utensils, dishes and silverware for preparing our food just like home. All of the major appliances were clean and in excellent working condition. We loved the location of your house overlooking the lake. The outside grounds and the trees and plants were beautifully taken care of. We would love to return to your home on our next summer vacation. This was a perfect home for us to have our once in a year vacation. Our family enjoyed your home immensely. Beautiful House!

Really enjoy staying at this beautiful 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Cumbrian Lakes home. Plenty of room for everyone. Great built-in pool heated. Beautiful views of the lake right behind the house . A very comfortable house, every one enjoyed. Would come back here again tomorrow! Thank you for having us!

Perfect Family Home in mostly quiet neighbourhood

House was perfect match for our family of 4. Parks within 15-30 minutes drive. Super comfy to relax in or at the pool after a long day. Ray answered all questions quickly. Property mgmt on site also very responsive. Party people next door, partying for 48 hours nonstop, nothing to blame owners for. All in all a perfect vacation home far from home.

Home Vacation

The home was spacious. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful, even from far away. It was nice, but it may be time for a little update on a few of the items in the home. Overall, a good family vacation in a great location and AWESOME fishing lakes!!!

Over the last 7 years we have had some amazing guests from all over the world stay and experience what makes this villa so special returning time and time again.
