Welcome to this beautiful property on the outskirts of the Majorcan village of Campanet. From here it is only 18 kilometres to the wonderful sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Here you are away from mass tourism and above all you will find peace and relaxation.



The house has a living area of 185 m², is bright and is furnished with care and offers sufficient space for 6 people.



The house has 2 floors and is equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning (2 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, 1 x 1 single bed). One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other three upstairs.



There are 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom with bathtub on the upper floor, 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor) and a spacious work room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as ironing station.



The living room with a comfortable sofa invites you to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and you won't miss satellite television and Internet/WiFi during your well-deserved holiday. There is a television in the kitchen and in the living room.

On the spacious covered terrace you can enjoy your meals and relax with the family.



There is also a barbecue for fun and a 6x7 m swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days, with comfortable sun loungers ready for you.
