Internally, the 2-bedroom retreat is ideal to host up to 4 guests and offers reversible air-conditioning adapted to pleasant year-round vacations! It also has an open living space with a sofa and an easy chair, as well as entertainment amenities like a digital-TV, DVD player, books library, free Wi-Fi and an iPod docking station for a fulfilling holiday.

A full kitchen-diner with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, induction hob and fridge is also at guests’ disposal, for you to enjoy home-cooked meals prepared with the delightfully fresh produce of the famous Provençal Market close at hand!

Perfect location in Antibes old town, right next to the market and all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, check in and out was very easy and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The property could maybe do with a refresh in a few areas - loose/unstable shelves and hangars - but these are all easy fixes (and the property manager was responsive when we pointed them out). One request for improvement is probably the pillows - as adults in our 40s we all struggled to sleep on them as they were so flat and we came back with neck ache - but location and overall stay were great and we would definitely return!

The property is located in the BEST part of town. So convenient!!! The only thing I would say is when you get dropped off by uber stop at the market area with your bags. It’s 1 minute away from there. We got dropped off on the other side so had a 10-15 minute ride if we would have known. Property is perfect. All you need. Good water. Good fridge. Clean. Close to everything. You’re literally in the culture. Within the people. In the town. Go eat a falafel!!!! And go to the Absinthe bar. So much fun. Great property

The worse management ever

Apartment description contains misleading information. Directions on how to get into the building were unclear. We tried to open lockbox for a long time on our own and with the help of walkers, that saw us struggling. The host was rude to everyone and assumed that no one knows how to use the simple code system instead of verifying the code provided. The code provided was wrong. Multiple attempts to use it were unsuccessful. In the result, host provided different code after several requests. There was no support or timely response whatsoever, as we as apologies for this incident. There are no two full bathrooms in this apartment. It has one bathroom with shower and sink and one small room with toilet and sink. Second bedroom doesn't have any place to hang clothes. Wardrobe in the leaving room is full of household items No paper towels or toilet paper have been provided. Kitchen ware is outdated. Pots and pans are not safe to use due to ruined surfaces Also there is not REAL coffee machine in the kitchen. Please note, there is no microwave in the apartment as well. Wi-Fi was not working

Picasso, Antibes Old Town

Neat, and well equipped, on the first floor in a pedestrian side street off the Old Market. Well placed for just about everything, but noisy at night due to the bars and restaurants and the many voices in the street below. Fine if you want to party too, but perhaps irritating if not. Closing the windows made little difference and is undesirable in hot weather, unless relying on the aircon.
