Tucked Away - Close to Everything

This is a fantastic location. In addition to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is ample living space including a functional kitchen and a living room with a view directly onto a very active canal.

Outstanding Experience

The apartment was precisely as advertised & the photos were spot on. Truly unique apartment that was in excellent condition in all respects. As important, our customer service experience with Views on Venice was outstanding. Clear, concise and ultra-responsive communication + everyone was delightful. Our expectations were exceeded!

The best view in Venice!

The apartment was every bit as magical as I had hoped, with its stunning view - it was also very comfortable. Everyone at Vs on Vce was friendly, supportive and efficient. We were all very happy - mille grazzie a tutti! I wish we could have been met on arrival at Santa Marina dock without having to wait, but I do understand these things are not always easy to arrange with so many clients coming and going.

Beautiful property in an incredible location! The apartment is full of charm, blending historic character with modern comforts perfectly. The view from the living room window is absolutely stunning and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The hosts were wonderful from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. We were greeted by their staff as soon as we stepped off the water taxi, which made the arrival process seamless. They were welcoming, helpful, and provided great information about the area.We would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

This is a beautiful apartment! The check-in process was easy & the apartment looked exactly as described. Would highly recommend to others, as well as return. I stayed with my husband, mother, and grandmother for 3 nights, & it was plenty of room for us. The location is centrally located, & close to restaurants, markets, and the Rialto waterbus stop.

We loved our stay so much. The place was immaculate, stylish and the location was perfect. So close to Rialto bridge. 100% stay there again. We had the best view of the canal with gondolas going past which gave a lovely experience. We had a lot of communication and a lovely guy Lucas came and met us at Rialto to take us to the apartment. Had the best time. Thanks.

Great location.

Recenty renovated, Luka the property manager was great, perfect location central to everything, great spot to see the inner workings of the canal as all types of boats float by picking up and dropping off supplies, tourists etc. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful location, wonderful apartment.

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. This apartment is in a great location, easy to walk anywhere. Canal view is amazing. Rainy night, bottle of wine and fantastic view! Check in was easy, helped us with a water taxi. Highly recommend this place. Traveled with two early twenty boys and my sister--we all loved this place and Venice!
