The apartment is new, occupies the entire top floor of the building, and has a floor area of 80 square metres. There is a terrace with a garden featuring lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a picnic table. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room, 1 master bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 single bedroom, for a total of 5 sleeping accommodation. Each room is very bright and has a balcony. A large, free parking space is available on the premises. The property also features a semi-professional gym.
