Everything we could want and need for a great holiday in the Lake District. The cottage was comfortable, clean, with comfortable beds and bedding, warm and quiet. It had everything we needed to cook when we didn't eat out in one of the many pubs and restaurants that can be found. Great location for walking in the Lake District. Can walk from the cottage. No walking maps or books in the cottage but the property company offered us these if we needed them and they were located a very short distance away in Elterwater. Found walks on the internet with OS maps. Would stay here again.
