Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice home, in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to the pool, golf, tennis and pickleball. The home is well appointed and the only thing that would have helped would be a grill. It was easy to cook, make coffee, and eat at the dining table and we had the equipment we needed including a blender.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year renting at this home. We love it! It is located in the center of The Villages. It was clean. It is large. We loved the layout and especially the huge kitchen. We are walkers and so were able to walk to nearby lakes, swimming pools and post office. Our dog loved it too. The neighbors are so friendly. We are sad when we have to go back up North.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is an awesome house with a great layout but sadly in need of some TLC. You can tell that this has been strictly rental and the owners have not lived here. The dishwasher trap was full of food and would not run. It took me awhile to get it working. The AC drain was backed up and leaking into the garage. Down Home took immediate action on this one. The cold air return was loaded with dust. I told 3 different people at DH about it but it never got cleaned. The yard is in rough shape with a bush over growing the golf cart garage entrance. The living room furniture very uncomfortable and hard on the back. It is a neat home with large kitchen, master bed and bath walk in closets and a very comfortable Lani. This is a beautiful home with great potential.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very good we had minor problems with the ice maker and the garage door. The ice maker had a trndancy to jam and had to be cleared manually. The garage door hesitates on initial operation and then jumps catch up. We were unable to open the door at one time and had to call for assistance which was provided in a timely manner but the door still operates in a questionable manner. The addition of a bbq and the replacement of the toaster oven would do much to improve the overall appeal of the property.

Absolutely wonderful home

We LOVED staying in this home. It's beautiful, clean, is well stocked with towels, etc, has a well stocked kitchen with lots of empty cabinets, a huge empty garage, and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was lots of fun to be here. Management was easy to work with and very helpful. We wish we didn't have to leave. Would definitely rent this home again, if the need arises.

It was a very nice area for long.walks and the community centers were clean with a lot of activities. We enjoyed the pool, playing shuffleboard, cornhole and watching pickleball.We wish it had a golf cart and a bit more privacy in the back, but otherwise it was perfect.😁 We especially appreciated being able to bring our dogs, thank you so much!

The kitchen is supplied well, though we did have to borrow a platter for the Easter ham and some additional bowls for the side dishes. We were disappointed there is no grill.We were told when we arrived that the golf cart was usable, but that a tire would be replaced. It did not feel safe, as the donut wheel wobbled going around corners. We drove it only twice. We called management several times and were told each time that they would check with the company and get back to us. They never did, and it was never fixed.With the increase of price, no grill and no golf cart, we have rented a different home for next April.

It was a beautiful home and was pretty well equipped, except it needs a BBQ grill! There could be a few more place settings of dishes and silverware,too, just so you can fill the dishwasher and still have some to use. We have a friend renting us their house and golf cart next year or we would gladly rent this home again.

The vacuum did nott suck up anything it was clogged and dirty so that is what I had to clean first. The house windows are filthy and house needs a good painting touch up. Refrigerator water filter and the HVAC filters look like they were never changed I sent Kevin pictures of the HVAC. What really upset us was the price increase over this year and the removal of the golf cart for next year. Kevin stated they are working with the homeowner to keep the cart or getting us one from DHPM but never responded to my two e mails.
