About this property

Private 4 bedroom Cumberland Lake House

This property offers privacy on a 2.3 acre peninsula on Forest Lake with westward views for beautiful sunsets. With around 800 feet of waterfrontage, you can enjoy a sandy beach, dock, float, and firepit. There are 4 kayaks (one is a double) and a canoe to explore the lake. Great swimming with a sandy gentle walk into the lake.
The property is close to Rt. 95 and is about 20 minutes from Portland and 5-10 minutes from Gray or West Falmouth. The Fisherman's Net has great seafood about 10 minutes away.
There is a pool table and a porch in case you have a rainy day. On those beautiful days, you can grill out close to the lake on a charcoal grill.

Great Location

The house is comfortable, well equipped and capable of handling a good sized group. The spot on the lake is excellent and there is ample lake equipment. The location is close to conveniences and Portland and accessible to points north.
