This Elegant Palm Desert home is a perfect vacation get-a-way for family and friends!
It has 2,750 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 full baths and 1 powder room). It has a large open floor plan with a huge fully stocked kitchen with a coffee station, a dining room and a family room. There is a game room with a pool table for the guests to enjoy. There are 6 smart TV’s through out the house. The back yard has a beautiful pool/spa, a patio with professional grade misters, an outdoor tv, a BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and a putting green for the golfers at heart. There is internet/wifi and cable provided for the guests.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. House was big spaces great pool and Jacuzzi everything you need for vacation. Gina was very nice and helpful, she make sure you got whatever you need to feel comfortable. We definitely coming back and will recommend to friends and family.

A Great Rental and Owner

Several other renters have said the house was even better than photos make it appear: It's true! But the best reason to stay here is Gina, a one-of-a-kind owner. We had no real problems with the house, but when we needed information or help with everyday issues, she was always quick to respond and a joy to deal with. The next time we stay in the Palm Springs area, Gina will be our first call!

Wonderful vacation home in Palm Desert

We stayed in this fabulous home for 4 weeks and it was heaven. There was plenty of space for the whole family. Great location in close proximity to El Paseo. We loved the backyard space and hot tub. The recreational activities onsite were first rate - pool table inside and 4-hole putting green outside. Gina was an amazing hostess and was quick to respond to any inquiries. We tried to rebook for next March but someone beat us to the punch. We would definitely go back.

Location ✅ Great spacious house ✅ Well appointed large kitchen. Can’tthink of anything we needed that didn’t have. Garage door opener to use for our stay, hot tub warmed up quickly, Spacious bedrooms. Everyone able to have their own space but then great gathering area with large comfy sectional and big TV. Host was very reachable and great to work with. Excellent communication. Would not hesitate to stay again if lucky enough to make it back to PSP.

Perfect for small group or family!

My husband reported that this was a perfect location to stay in order to attend the BNP tournament in Indian Wells. The boys had fun at the house when not attending the event - swimming, playing pool, lounging in the hot tub, and putting. Everyone was very comfortable. One guest (friend of our son's) was so impressed that he raved about the house when he got home to Seattle. Now his parents may look into renting it for their family over Thanksgiving. Also, any minimal problems/questions were immediately answered/addressed.

Great stay and wonderful property.

Gina was a wonderful host of the property. She was immediately responsive to any questions and able to assist with any requirements. The house is wonderful, the pool and backyard are great; the pool was just refinished and works as a great splash pool with both shade and sun. A bit cool in early January but full sun on pool by Feb. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a few guests stay through our 3 month rental and the house is nicely designed to provide lots of space and good bedroom and living set-up. We like being in that location of Palm Desert as you are close to the Dinah Shore- Monterey shopping as well as easy access to 111 and El Paseo. The pool table and putting green add a fun touch when friends visited. The open concept kitchen - living area gives lots of flexibility and there is a large tv for event viewing . Very nice neighbours , many birds, and feels like a little community as well. If you are thinking about this house as a potential property you will not be disappointed.

Honestly one of the easiest processes I've ever had with VRBO or any other rental process. Gina gave me a call a few days before the stay and gave each and every detail that was needed. The house is amazing with a pool, putting green, pool table and very conversationally friendly layout. If going out that way, will definitely be reaching out and hoping this spot is available!

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood where we were able to walk every morning. Gina , the owner, was so welcoming. Both the property and the host were fabulous! Great location, safe and quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities of home! The interior was clean, spacious, light and airy. The backyard was quiet and relaxing, whether sitting poolside, watching tv or grilling/eating dinner! Excellent Desert Getaway

Gina was amazing! Her communication was always prompt. The property was beautiful and decorated nicely. The backyard was perfect for a weekend getaway with a pool, hot tub, misters, and putt putt golf! There was a grill as well (we didn't use). I loved the open concept of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. I also loved that we were able to utilize the garage. That was much appreciated since it was near 100 degrees! All rooms were spacious and there were 3.5 baths which was great since we had all girls in our group! I definitely will be staying here again when I come back to Palm Springs. Thanks, Gina!
