Situated at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in Palm Desert, Monterey Country Club redefines the private golf club experience. Please note that the golf course is no longer available to short term visitors. We are surrounded by quality golf courses open that are just minutes away from our unit.

This is a gated community that is a safe and pleasant environment. Shopping, restaurants, golf courses are only minutes away.

The Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the entire house is available exclusively to you.

The pool and jacuzzi are just steps away from the back patio.

Very safe, private, gated community.

The Clubhouse with bar and restaurant is walking distance from the Villa. Special dinners available several days a week.

1 car garage.

Golf course, mountain and pool views.

10 minutes from famous El Paseo shopping (The Rodeo Drive of the desert).

Ten minute from The Living Desert Zoo, the McCallum Theater, The River shopping complex, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, all the major resorts, and three casinos.

A short 15 minute drive to world-famous downtown Palm Springs, and the Palm Springs Airport.

Please throw trash in garbage bins in garage. Take bins out Sunday night and return to garage when emptied on Monday.

The house is in the Monterrey Country Club, Palm Desert. It is a gated community and Nicole owned it for over 35 years. Nicle owns a women's clothing store on El Paseo called Nicoles (what a surprise) and Robert does shows on various military exchanges.

Why they chose this property

The villa has been recently upgraded. Includes washer/dryer, dishwasher and, refrigerator.

We keep the property stocked with everything you will need, toilet tissue, soap, laundry detergent, soap for the washing machine, premium linens and towels, and a hair dryer. We do not include condiments for health reasons.

Each bedroom features it own flat screen tv with cable, there is also a flat screen with cable in the living room. High-speed wifi throughout and access to a netflix account.

Tennis, golf and the health club is currently unavailable because of COVID-19. There are very nice golf courses nearby that are available.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE ALL GUESTS TO PROVIDE DRIVER'S LICENSES.

There is a beautiful swimmi ng pool with heated jacuzzi just steps away from the rear patio.

The entrance to the property is about 4 miles from IH10 and 10-20 minutes from everything you would like to do including world-class shopping, golfing and dining. Famous "El Paseo" (the Rodeo Drive of the desert) is just 5 mins away.
