The Versilia Holiday vacation home is a beautiful and cosy 4-room house, with a space of 120 m2, located on the ground floor. The furnishings are both comfortable and elegant, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The open and spacious living room is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. You can step out of the living room and onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the warm sunshine and fresh air. The terrace is roofed and is equipped with furniture, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a meal or a drink.

The vacation home features three double bedrooms, with two of them having an exit to the swimming pool. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has a satellite TV and flat screen, and there is an exit to the garden.
