Updated apartment that was very clean. Extreme disappointment that the description did NOT disclose that the apartment is located on the 4 th floor with NO elevator/ lift making it very difficult for us to get up and down the steps. We wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility challenges. The apartment got very cold on the first evening and we were unable to turn in the heat. There was no response about this until the next morning making it very uncomfortable during the night. Someone came to fix it in the afternoon. Slats/bed supports on twin bed in the first bedroom fell to the floor on the first day which made the bed unusable. We couldn’t fix it. In the 3 rd bedroom next to the kitchen the two small beds have thin mattresses which were very very uncomfortable. Also, one of the slats/ bed supports was broken making for an uncomfortable nights rest. The hosts like to communicate on What’s App and are ok with response times. Otherwise the apartment is in a great location.

Buongiorno, nella descrizione dell’alloggio è chiaramente indicato che si trova al quarto piano e che non è presente l’ascensore. Ci dispiace molto per il problema riscontrato con il riscaldamento: la caldaia si era bloccata e ci è stato segnalato in serata, motivo per cui siamo riusciti a inviare un tecnico soltanto il giorno successivo. Speriamo che questo inconveniente della prima notte non abbia compromesso la qualità complessiva del tuo soggiorno.

Espace grand à l'exception d'une chambre et salle de bain, douche très petite. Pas d'ascenseur et nous étions au 4e étage.
