Great location

The views from the lounge were amazing, the property was lovely and clean, warm and welcoming. The welcome basket was very much appreciated and enjoyed thank you. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and into St Ives (a bit steep downhill if you're not mobile but no problem for us). We thoroughly enjoyed watching the new years eve celebrations and fireworks.
