Overall excellent stay and very nice conversion. All mod cons and quality. Well thought out layout and easy parking opposite. We liked the place a lot. Only very minor observation would benefit from having a fan as was very hot and hard to cool though these are rare days ...Overall a five star stay though!

I had the pleasure of staying at Dove Cottage this past weekend, and I can honestly say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the cottage was. Every corner was spotless, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, with charming touches that made the space feel both inviting and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The cottage was also stocked with everything I could have possibly needed during my stay — from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, nothing was overlooked. It made the experience so much more enjoyable and stress-free.I highly recommend Dove Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. I will definitely be back!

The place was super easy to find with free parking just over the road.
The place was super easy to find with free parking just over the road. It's so small but super cosy and has everything a couple and their chihuahua could ask for (although we are hook fiends and just love hanging up coats, jackets, bags, towels etc so more of those would be awesome). We enjoyed meeting Knaresborough's friendly locals and found the ice cream parlour, world's end and mitre pubs really nice. Drake's fish and chips was tasty and so was Six Poor Folk. The bus to Harrogate was so easy to use and runs every 10 mins! The walk along the river Nidd was delightful in the sun. Thanks for having us!
