Excellent location, nice building spacious apartment. It fitted as no other our needs. We were greeted by Carlotta who was very attentive and efficient. Would definitely recommend it and when I go back it will be my first option for staying! But it really does need a washer for a longer stay. I didn’t mind because it was the last leg of our trip and only 4 days but for the future I suggest you add one!

First of all, the apartment we rented was switched to another without any communication regarding this. We arrived at the new apartment and found that the previous tenants didn’t vacate so we had to wait until 3:30 to get in instead of the 1:00 contract agreement. It was listed as a Luxury apartment however there was construction in process on one bathroom and shower head was installed upside down. I would be reluctant to rent from this company in the future. VRBO was very accommodating on contacting the management company, Rome Sweet Home.
