Situated in a quiet passage where only neighbours pass by, you can enjoy the large terrace in peace and quiet. It is distributed in a dining-living room with air conditioning, large open kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and basin, and a second bedroom for a small child. It has wifi, television with national and international channels and air conditioning. It also has the possibility of parking your car there, allowing you to walk to the weekly market on Sundays, the restaurants or the beach without having to worry about where to park.
