I really like this place. It's the third time I've stayed in this building in different apartments, and I've used all of them so far. I really like the location, the good taste in all the apartments, and the comfort in all the rooms.

Excellent place

Beautiful apartment overlooking the river with a view of Clifford’s Tower. Location perfect within the city walls. Nice and easy self check in with someone on reception during normal hours if required. We even stayed in to watch the football instead of going to the pub. Great value for money. Would 100% stay again and will recommend to friends.

Excellent location for all of York's attractions, but still quiet and relaxing

Within easy walking distance of attractions and many restaurants as well as Tesco Express very close by. Clean and well-equipped apartment, just lacking a washing-up bowl. We found only one hairdryer which was broken, but after a quick phone call, a new one was delivered promptly. Excellent service! Would definitely return.

Great stay, highly recommend!

Stayed here for a weekend, with my wife and children. We had a fab time from start to finish! The apartment is secure and clean. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived on the evening, which was quickly resolved the following morning. Location of the apartment is fab for exploring the city and has a tesco express just a few doors down, which is super handy! Would definitely recommend and will book again when next in the area!

the flat is absolutely fabulous, the price I get is good, the ladies of concierge are so helpful and friendly, and Molly of the Stays York was helpful and responsive too. the sheets of the bed were not very clean (I found a small spot - but there were replacement sheets in the drawers of the two bed rooms. the washing machine room shows some dusts everywhere. things were missing: washing machine tablets, there were no bins in the two in-suites, and the welcome gift.
