Villa Acqualuce is a modern design
villa in the countryside, with exceptional panoramic view, in Matino,
near Gallipoli. With bright rooms, boho-chic furniture which are
comfortable and refined. It accommodates up to 6 guests.
The villa is equipped with the most modern accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, electric kettle, hair-dryer and tv. Pets are allowed.

Villa Acqualuce is framed by the garden and a porch, which introduce the cozy and bright rooms, thanks to the glass doors.
The
holiday home opens into an entrance with rocking chairs and the open
space living room with sofa, tv, open kitchen with island and dining
area. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and the other has a French-sized bed, with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Two
of the bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathroom, one of which with
tub. In the villa there are 3 bahrooms. Moreover, there isa  laundry
room with washing machine and dryer.
The
villa is equipped with refined outdoor furniture and dining area under a
centennial holly oak, where you can enjoy the suggestive sunsets on the
bay of Gallipoli. All around the villa, lush vegetation and an
exceptional panoramic view.

Villa
Acqualuce is in a panoramic area of Matino, a few minutes away from the
city centre with its services and a worth visiting suggestive old town
centre.
The villa is 8 kilometers away
from the beaches of Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina, which are two of
the most famous on the coast of Gallipoli. Gallipoli, the Città Bella,
with its beach establishments, its nightlife and typical restaurants and
the beautiful old town centre, is one of the most loved tourist
destinations in Salento and it`s a short drive away from the house.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
