Shiara Standard - Sea View Terrace

The Shiarà solution is available in two versions: the STANDARD and the SUPERIOR, which features an unheated hot tub on the terrace. These are two adjacent residential units within a complex whose construction was completed in May 2022. Each of the two units is spread over two levels: on the ground floor is the living area, consisting of a living room with an induction cooktop, a two-person sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a veranda equipped with a relaxation area, as shown in the photos. On the ground floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (an interior room with no windows facing the outside), as well as a second bathroom with a shower. Each apartment also has a second-floor terrace partially covered by a pergola, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. The SUPERIOR unit also features an unheated hot tub on the terrace. Both units offer ocean views. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV. The complex offers one parking space, subject to reservation and availability, at an additional cost.
