INSIDE: Entrance to a large living / living area with a double sofa bed. The rooms are developed exclusively on the ground floor with two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and independent kitchen. Strong point is the large outdoor veranda on the back, equipped with table and chairs, relaxing garden set, stone barbecue, outdoor shower and hydromassage pool.

EXTERIOR: Independent entrance with pedestrian access avenue. Corner villa of a complex of terraced houses with large equipped outdoor areas.

LOCATION: Very quiet residential area not more than three hundred meters from the main street of the village.

Casa pulita e con tutto quanto necessario per una bella vacanza. (Al max potrebbe essere utile mettere a disposizione un microonde) fino a 6 persone.Host sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza.La casa è appena fuori dal centro pedonale con comodo parcheggio davanti casa sulla via principale e davvero a due passi (5/10 min a piedi) dal mare ed appunto dal centro di San Vito.E' un ottima base di partenza per poter visitare la Riserva della Zingaro, Erice, Marsala e Segesta. In base alla nostra esperienza non posso quindi che consigliare caldamente questa abitazione.
