Newly built penthouse overlooking the sea, with a large terrace where you can spend more than one romantic evening. It is situated only 8 minutes from the beach and the center of Bugibba with delicious restaurants. The living room is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two double bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one of which belongs to the master bedroom. There is a fold-out sofa in the living room on which 1 additional people can sleep.

Bon appartement bien situé, propriétaire disponible, quartier calme

L'appartement est grand et bien agencé. Son grand balcon et sa baie vitrée laissent entrer une belle lumière. La vaisselle et les équipements sont en nombre suffisant. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier populaire très calme et proche de la mer et des commerces et restaurants, un dizaine de minutes à pied. Attention toutefois les places de parking sont rares dans le quartier, néanmoins j'en ai toujours trouvé une (début avril). Enfin le propriétaire est disponible et sympa via la messagerie.
