Sunflower house

The villa, free on 3 sides, is located in the best area of Torre del Lago in a residential district in a stately context at number 58 / a of via Pardini (as you can see on the map)

The house, of about 140 square meters, offers on the ground floor a living room, a kitchen with kitchen, an anti-bathroom and a small service bathroom with shower. On the first floor it has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic room a bed with a square and a half and a single cot. (inhabitable attic room)

Outside the villa has a garden with a beautiful loggia ideal for eating of about 40 square meters, and as many in the back of the house with the peculiarity of having a shower in exterior masonry very convenient especially for those who frequent the sea. Next to the house is the private parking space inside the property. The house also allows you to use hot water thanks to solar panels.

The ground floor room has free pay TV with Dysney, Disney plus, infinity, DAZN, Netflix. The house does NOT and I repeat does NOT have linen and sheets for a purely hygienic speech. We also have 3 fans, 4 bicycles ideal for reaching the sea without risking finding traffic but above all to save parking among other things very difficult to find in high season, a coffee machine (without waffles), and coverage for the whole house with wi-fi fiber.
