TuscanyChalets is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Italy, on the coast of Viareggio. Our chalets are just a 5-minute bike ride from a sprawling sandy beach and a short distance from iconic cities such as Pisa, Lucca, and Florence. At our chalets, you can cool off by the pool (May–September) and, above all, enjoy delicious pasta and pizza! *Photos are for illustrative purposes only; we rent out several similar cottages in the park*

The space
- A cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area (no towels or cleaning supplies provided)
- For coffee lovers, there’s also a Senseo coffee maker
- Bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet for your convenience
- A bedroom with a comfortable double bed
- A second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed for the little ones
- A spacious, covered porch where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
- Bedding and pillows are provided, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own (you can bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from us for an additional fee)
- A private parking space right next to your chalet
- Air conditioning/heating available for an additional fee

TuscanyChalets is located at Camping Paradiso, a family-friendly campground with approximately 400 spacious sites and a range of amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable.

In the central square (piazza), you’ll find:
- A supermarket for all your groceries.
- A cosy bar and restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals.
- A pizzeria for lovers of Italian pizza.
- A shop where you can buy souvenirs and essentials.
- In addition, music nights are regularly organised in the piazza, creating a lively atmosphere.

Please note the following costs that are not included in the booking:
- Final cleaning: €75 (pay in advance)
- Towels: €6.50 per person (pay at the campground or bring your own)
- Bed linens: €5.50 per person (pay at the campground or bring your own)
- One small dog: €17 per night (payment partly in advance and partly at the campground)
- Air conditioning/heating: €14 per night (pay in advance)

* It’s always recommended to book air conditioning/heating—in the early season to stay warm and in the high season to stay cool. The air conditioning costs 14 euros per night and must be arranged and paid for in advance. Once you’re on holiday, this can no longer be arranged.

Other things to keep in mind:
- Free Wi-Fi is available at various locations throughout the holiday park
- The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and is free to use, though a swim cap must be worn
- A €50 deposit will be charged for the key, which will be refunded upon return
- In addition, there is a €50 deposit for the air conditioning remote control, also refunded upon return
- We rent out several cottages at the campground, so the cottages may differ from the photos.
