Located at the heart of Isla Verde, we are just steps away from the El San Juan Hotel & Casino, a two-block stroll to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, among other attractions. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the stunning Isla Verde Beach, where you can partake in water sports, rent umbrellas and chairs, and savor fresh coconuts, ice-cold mojitos, pinchos, and empanadas! In the evening, delight in the local dining options or take a short trip to Old San Juan or Santurce. A must-visit is El Yunque and the popular Pinones, where you can enjoy authentic Puerto Rican cuisine right by the beach—only 10 minutes away. There’s plenty to do if you choose to remain local, and you can easily rent a car at Enterprise Car Rental, located just across the street, for exploring the island independently. Additionally, there are various transportation options available, including UBER and tours that pick up at the El San Juan Hotel.

Prime location, our condo gives you a beautiful view of the beach as well as the main avenue. The building is newly renovated, with pool, laundry facility, free parking, 24 hour security and within walking distance to everything you need; beach, restaurants, supermarket, bicycle rentals and night life!
