Great location near Piazza Maggiore and lots of restaurants. Ares was punctual and gave lots of great recommendations, and they were responsive to any questions I had on WhatsApp. The room is at the top floor and there is no elevator in case you are bringing bigger luggage. It had a lovely balcony, small kitchen unit and a laundry machine. Overall just right for what we needed for a short stay in Bologna.

Great location, great property. Apartment was clean and layout was spacious for two travelers. I would book again! Only issue was the garbage, having to take it when checking out but not being able to open the outdoor garbage bins without a key. I don't think guests should have to take out garbage BUT it was a minor issue, definitely worth staying again and highly recommend this rental.
