Spacious, fully renovated apartment of approximately 100 square metres. Located on the 3rd floor of a 17th-century building, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Free parking is available 50 metres away. Palazzo del Capitano, Palazzo Bellarmino, the Poliziano Theatre, and Caffè Poliziano are all within easy walking distance along the elegant 16th-century streets of Montepulciano’s historic centre. The furnishings are typical of Tuscan homes, featuring exposed-beam ceilings in every room and Tuscan terracotta floors. The apartment consists of a large open-concept space illuminated by three windows overlooking the beautiful Tuscan hills, a fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances and everyday utensils (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator) and everything you need to cook and serve your meals. Living room, dining table, and 32" smart TV. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower fully stocked with essentials (toilet paper, bath towels, and hand towels). Upstairs, there is another double bedroom and a small bathroom with a washing machine.

Tuscany

Unique property in a unique but absolutely beautiful setting. We loved it overall. The shower needs a little work and the laundry machine didn't work but it was a great stay for us.
