This was an amazing place to stay. I would highly recommend it… so clean and new and spacious and comfortable right on a canal where you can watch all the passers by go over a bridge and the gondoliers working right under you! I would stay here again and again!

We loved this apartment in Venice and we really enjoyed the San Polo area. The canal views from the living room and front bedroom were bellisimi, the washer and dryer were useful and the wi-fi was speedy. We had no complaints. We especially appreciated our warm welcome by Luke, who greeted us at the water taxi spot near the apartment. He gave us a great orientation of the apartment, as well as many, many recommendations for restaurants and places to see. His helpfulness was much appreciated after coming in from a long flight.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Clean and comfortable. A perfect home base. Incredible view of canal with morning coffee. Also the staff at views on Venice were fantastic at arranging water taxis etc. Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, well-appointed, and very clean. We loved being on a canal with a bridge right next door. The host who greeted us, Marco, was lovely and made several great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect apartment with a fantastic location. Host was very helpful and available. Apartment is even better than the photos and description. Host set up all our transportation needs perfectly. We were a family of 4 and this place was perfect. We will definitely book again the next time we go to Venice.

Communication was great leading up and including our arrival. Caterina met us at the property and checked us in, going over lodging details and walked us through a provided map to areas of interest. The property was great with pleasing decor and furnishings, meeting our needs perfectly with the washer/dryer being a welcome plus. The location was very good for us with a not so far walk from the train station and Venice being small, we could walk to the major sites easily. We only wish our visit could have been longer! Whenever we may return to Venice one day, we would love to stay at this property again.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet section of San Polo. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Two full baths and two large bedrooms, and a kitchen, living room and dining room. The beds were very comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture. We didn’t end up cooking, but the kitchen appeared to have everything you may need. The location was great for covering the whole city. It was a quick water taxi ride from the train station, and an easy ride to the airport as well. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive and actually met us at the water taxi station to get us to the apartment. I’ve stayed closer to San Marco in the past, but really prefer the location of this apartment. It is still close to everything but away from the crush of the major tourist area. I would certainly stay here again! Oh—Ortigia toiletries too!

We had an excellent stay at Ca' Dei Nomboli. It has newly renovated and beautiful 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and the condo is very near to Rialto. Anna was prompt and helpful with the check in and check out process. Would love to stay here next time we are at Venice!!

Great Place

Everything here was outstanding from booking to departure. We had great communication, easy check-in (with in-person meeting at the dock), a great apartment in a great location, perfect AC in a hot July, and easy check-out. Highly recommend this place, and this management company.

Excellent apartment and location

This is a beautiful apartment. Location is excellent! The host and staff answered all of our questions and arranged water taxi and travel to airport. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

Spacious and charming place

We had a wonderful time with family. Apartment is very spacious, kitchen is well stocked, and it was very nice having access to the washer and dryer that is downstairs.
