Armorel Gold is our quietly located, lovely home from home property. It is very well equipped for those of you who love to cook or bbq. The view is one you won’t want to leave, hours enjoying the pool or stunning garden are a perfect way to spend your days and sunsets are definitely worth staying home for. If you love the beach then just a five minute stroll or a short car ride will take you to many of the areas best sandy beaches! The central location on the island make exploring Kefalonia by car so easy, the capital of Argostoli is only 15 minutes drive away. The islands small airport only a short drive away makes arrival and departure days a breeze.

Absolutely stunning villa. Host is very amenable and kept in contact throughout our stay. Anne met us at the car hire office and showed us where the villa was. The villa was spotless, clean and there was a welcome pack for us. Great holiday, thank you.

Beautiful Villa. Amazing view.

We arrived late at night but Anne insisted in meeting us to ensure we found the property and she could explain how everything worked. The villa is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Lidl supermarket close by. 10 minutes from airport. Very close to Argostoli. Villa had everything you would need. Anne even put together a welcome pack with all the essentials we would need to get by until we could get groceries the next day. All bedrooms had their own private bathroom. Our group of six had an amazing time. It was great to come home after a day of sightseeing and relax in the pool in the evening. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Kefalonia.

We had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool and making the most of this gorgeous villa. The owner was very helpful and had thought of everything. The welcome pack was an added bonus. Taxis are readily available for nights out, though a little expensive at €20 each trip.

Just the tonic !

The position of the villa is ideal with perfect sunsets and sun throughout the day. We found that we didn’t want to discover much of the island as it took a week to absorb the fine vistas of the locality. Anne was a superb host and nothing was too much trouble, we will be returning !

Utterly fantastic!

I can't begin to describe how fantastic the while experience was. The villa was without fault, with the most amazing views of the sea. The pictures of the villa don't actually do it justice - it and it's surrounding garden were stunning. Anne was fantastic, and the welcome pack was the best I've ever known. Part of the package also included a mid week clean and linen change, which was a real treat! I could not recommend this villa enough.

Lovely, spacious villa with great views!

Our first trip to Kefalonia and it was great to be met at the airport by the villa owner, Anne, who was a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host during our stay. Conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, Lassi, Argostoli and local beaches; this spacious villa is set in its own extensive, private grounds and has lovely views out to sea, where we watched amazing sunsets! The property has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday and is very well appointed, maintained, clean and tidy. We would highly recommend it.

Superb villa

As regular visitors to Greek Islands for some years we are familar with the range and standard of Villa options and without doubt this is the best two bedroomed Villa we have stayed in. Finished to a very high standard, it benefits from a quiet location and occupies a generous plot with a substantial garden and great view. For those who dont want to travel too far it is also just 10mins from the airport.The pictures don't really do it full justice.Anne,the owner, is a delightful, knowledgeable and completely helpful host. The Villa exceeded our expectations and photographs didnt do it and the view justice. A home from home villa with everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Beautiful villa in pefect setting

This is really the most stunning villa in an absoluteley fabulous location in a very quiet setting. Set in beautiful gardens the accommodation is very comfortable and well furnished with everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday. There are views across to Zakynthos to one side and to Lixori and beyond the other side with the ocean and Minnies beach immediately below. The villa is equiped with everything we needed, it was kept very clean including all of the outside areas and pool. It is close to both some good local restaurants and fine beaches and also only a short drive from Argostoli. This is the second time we have stayed here and we would certainly recommend this to friends and family and will certainly be staying there again.

I originate from Scotland but have lived in Kefalonia for 34 years. I married a local man and have two grown-up children, all of whom work in the family jewelry business. Armorel Villas has been welcoming guests since 2013. I have loved meeting new people every summer and seeing old guests return year after year. It gives me great pleasure to know that all my guests have had a wonderful vacation and they love the place as much as I do!

Why they chose this property

This is a great property for families of different generations. If you have teenagers or grandparents who need a bit more space or privacy then the attached studio is perfect for them. The villa has a truly fantastic sea view and from its location, the sunset is wonderful every evening. There is a huge private garden to enjoy which very few villas have to offer and the gated entrance to the property and villa provides security.
