Tucked away at the end of a quiet country lane in the much sought-after area of La Font, Ca’n Puput enjoys a peaceful semi-rural location and yet is only a short distance from the vibrant atmosphere and excellent amenities of Pollença Town, several appealing sandy beaches as well as the respected local restaurant L’Aup (1.6km).
In addition to these attractive attributes particular mention should be made of the views that can be enjoyed from the terraces and secluded pool area. Surrounded by lush, mature foliage the garden is a delightful green oasis with a dramatic backdrop of Tramuntana foothills to one side; cutting into the cobalt blue sky as they peep out above the greenery these shallow, gently rolling peaks make for a striking visual image.
Internally the ever advertent local owners have provided a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms to serve the two air conditioned bedrooms, WiFi, comfy soft furnishings and a simple country style décor of beamed ceilings, cooling tiled floors and whitewashed walls dotted with rurally themed pictures and curios.
Conveniently located off the kitchen the barbecue/dining terrace provides the perfect location for relaxing in the shade and is just a few steps from the tempting private pool for a refreshing dip or the adjacent lawn for an impromptu kick-about.
It is less than a ten minute (3.7km) drive to the central square in Pollença and not much more than that to go to the port and sweeping sandy bay which lie 6km in the opposite direction. Popular with families, the cove beaches and good amenities of Cala Sant Vicenç are 5km while golf, tennis, water sports, horse riding, scuba diving and many excellent walking and cycling trails are just a few of the activities easily found in and around the immediate area.
