Great location 2 minutes walk to the beach and Coffe shops , Best part was the terrace great view

Great experience definitely go back again, It was everything my family wanted close to beach and walking distance from everything, Also quiet at night because we were 10 minute walk to were all the action was

Sauberes Apartment nur unweit vom Strand eDachterrasse ntfernt.

Schöne Dachterasse. Der Mietwagen hatte seinen Platz in der Tiefgarage. Die Beschreibung des Apartments entsprach der Realität. Leider war das große Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin und dementsprechend etwas laut. Und der Aufstieg zur Dachterrasse sehr eng.

Vista incantevole !

Casa Venere ha una terrazza vista mare da mozzafiato. Gode inoltre di una posizione ottimale: a pochi passi dal mare e da tutte le infrastrutture del caso bar, ristoranti, supermercato, panettiere, farmacia etc. L´appartamento é arredato con gusto ed é in ottime condizioni. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane incantevoli, ci torniamo di sicuro..ne vale la pena!

Casa Venere ha una terrazza incantevole

Casa Venere ha una splendida terrazza vista mare; inoltre gode di posizione ottimale: a pochi metri dal mare, nonché da tutte le infrastrutture necessarie: supermercato, panetterie, farmacia etc. La casa é cosí come da descrizione, non riserva sorprese sgradite. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane favolose e di certo ci torneremo, ne vale proprio la pena!

Perfekter Urlaub!

Von der Buchung bis zum Urlaub hat alles tiptop geklappt. Der Vermittler Benedetto ist sehr zuvorkommend und bietet eine firstclass-Betreuung. Fragen hat er immer sofort beantwortet und gab prima Tips. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Terasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht einfach super. Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und bietet alles für einen angenehmen Urlaub. San Vito lo Capo ist ein eher ruhiges aber sehr hübsches Dorf. Man kan herrlich durch die Gassen spazieren und die hübschen Läden oder Cafés besuchen. Unser 3-wöchiger Urlaub war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag wunderbar. Kommen bestimmt wieder!

VALE VERAMENTE LA PENA SOGGIORNARE IN QUESTO APPARTAMENTO! OTTIMA POSIZIONE LONTANO DALLA CONFUSIONE MA AD UN PASSO DALLA VIA CENTRALE, PRATICAMENTE AFFACCIATO SUL MARE CON UNA MERAVIGLIOSA VISTA DAL TERRAZZO. AMMOBILIATO MODERNO, CON TUTTI I CONFORT (PERSINO ARIA CONDIZIONATA SIA NEL SOGGIORNO CHE NELLE DUE CAMERE), IN PIU' BENEDETTO CI HA DATO TUTTE LE INFORMAZIONI CHE VOLEVAMO! CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!

Wir haben die Lage und die Ausstattung (2 Bäder, Grill, Terasse) sehr genossen. Der Blick ist phantastisch, die Strandnähe genial, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe (bester italienischer Bäcker um die Ecke).Die Wendeltreppe ist eng und vielleicht für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. Wir haben sie jedoch genossen, war romantisch. Jederzeit wieder.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento dall'8 al 22 giugno 2013. La descrizione della casa è molto precisa e meticolosa ed è assolutamente corrispondente alla realtà. Si tratta di un appartamento nuovissimo che è dotato di tutte le comodità ed è fornito di tutto quello che è necessario (per esempio aria condizionata in tutte le stanze). L'ubicazione è a due passi dalla spiaggia e a quattro dalla zona centrale di San Vito, quindi molto comoda ai servizi e, nello stesso tempo, in una zona molto tranquilla. Veramente bella l'esposizione ed il panorama che si può ammirare dalla terrazza. Molto disponibile, preciso ed efficiente il referente (sig. Benedetto). Insomma un soggiorno 5 stelle ed una vacanza da sogno. Spero di poterci tornare presto in futuro. Lo consiglio a tutti

Ho soggiornato con la mia...

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento "gemello" sullo stesso piano di casa Venere (casa Enea) e sono entusiasta della posizione rispetto al mare e al centro del paese. Inoltre l'appartamento è molto curato nei dettagli e l'abbiamo trovato in perfetto stato (pulizia, biancheria, servizi). Perfetta anche l'assistenza del sig. Benedetto. Sicuramente un alloggio che consiglierò a chiunque
