Our host was very helpful and informative about the area. She is easy to message & responds quickly. The accommodations were clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect spot for our travels. Parking is free from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. I was a little worried about getting a spot, but it worked out & was easy to park. The host left a little basket of goodies & had a nice radio so we could listen to music while relaxing. Thank you!

Our last days in Scotland were in the lovely and accommodating Parkside Townhouse in the beautiful town of Perth. Nikki and Andy were gracious hosts, communicating with us before our visit as to restaurants and things to do while there. The place itself was warm and welcoming - the main level had a comfortable sofa from which we watched a few BBC television shows (after a nice day's touring and hiking), as well as a compact kitchen with a kettle (a staple, we found, in Scottish kitchens), microwave, oven, and refrigerator. We had everything we needed for an in-house meal. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and warm when we needed it (thanks to programmed heating!). The location was convenient to the train station, a very nice park, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We ate at The Willows, and Effie's, both highly recommended!

Thank you so much, Mary, for such a lovely and thoughtful review. We’re delighted that the property was a comfortable base for your last few days in Scotland and that you enjoyed both the house and its location. It was a pleasure having you stay, and we’re so pleased you made the most of Perth, the park, the local walks and some of our favourite places to eat too — Effie’s and The Willows are our favourites too. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for taking such good care of our home. We’d be very happy to welcome you back to Perth anytime. Warm wishes, Nikki & Andy
